Shipping Policy

Shipping is free of charge worldwide from Vanilla Shadows.

We work with many production partners and trusted manufacturers around the world. When you place an order, it will come directly from their facilities. This allows us to pass the saving onto you with free worldwide delivery and allows us to operate more sustainably.

All orders will be processed & dispatched within 2-5 business days from the date the order is placed. 

The delivery time is 5-15 business days from dispatch. Timescales may vary dependent on manufacturer but orders very rarely exceed the maximum time frame of 15 business days.

We work with many suppliers so if your order contains multiple items they are likely to be dispatched and delivered individually across a number of days.

We cannot guarantee that all items will arrive at the same time.
